i have 2 kam dx3000 decks,one stanton 3 channel smx 301mixer and a laptop,i want to put the laptop into the 3rd ch in my mixer and i want to be able to cue ch 2 in vdj sample version for now to test]without it going out through the master while ch 1 is playing,do i need to put a sound card between the laptop and mixer to split these channels and then does this mean i must keep plugging in and out the headphones from the laptop to the mixer depending on what ch i am cuing.or i need to buy a 4 ch mixer [i am confused]please help me and explain in lay mans terms thanks,so basically i need to be able to mix all 4 channels[2 decks and 2 chs in my vdj]and cue any of them also without the cued ch going out through the master???????????????? does this make sense
