I can save a playlist no problem, but when i go to play that list the decks show error when i try to load. i have not moved any files or changed the file names and the playlist is saved in the correct format. i am using vj ver 3.4.1. thank you!

So you created the playlist by using VirtualDJ? The reason I ask is because you used the words - '... the playlist is saved in the correct format.' This makes me think you used something else to create the playlists and not VirtualDJ.
