why sometimes when i listen the tune for find the exact beatmatch and i put the neddle back it will start at non-0 position of the song? IT's bad because i have to press some computer shortcut for rewind the song..

Be careful with absolute mode. I was always using it before, but since V5, the absolute mode cause an inacurate pitch value. It looks like it keep changing while you are mixing so at first you don't understand what is going on and then you realize that the pitch value is changing probably just a bit but enough to lose the beat synchronisation. I am now using Smart and it is better, but I hope the problem with absolute will be fixed.
I use the 1 TCV only setup so I don't know if it can make a difference, but the other bug I have with the TCV is that the auto config doesn't work, I need to use 4.3 to do the auto config and then I open 5.0rev2 to use it.
