Alright, I am back from my little event I had yesterday with v5.0.4 of VirtualDJ. I ran for about 5 hours with a few issues.
I had two crashes while playing video and searching through the database. I clicked on the "Side List" and I got the famous Crash Gaurd screen. My second one came after trying to load a video into the ClipBank. The most frequent issue I was having was that the tracks I was playing skipped (like a scratched CD) about every 2 minutes. It was annoying, I checked my CPU history to find the culprit and VirtualDJ seemed to spike up while just playing music. At the time I was not at my computer, so I was not doing anything to cause it, but I was near enough to hear the music.
AutoMix while I was eating, worked fine with the Fade 16s option, but I did not like that every time I went to turn it on it was set to "Smart" be default so I always had to set up the "Fade (remove nothing)" options.
I clicked on the check box to "Send Report" on both crashes, but I did not have an Internet connection. Anyway that is is saved on my computer so that I can send it? I just got it crash again while loading the same video and sent the report right now. Does VirtualDJ send it immediately?

Found it, thanks! Does the report overwrite the previous one I had when only searching for videos? That would be nice to not have a simple search in VirtualDJ crash it or while expanding the "Side List".

Thank you for the reports. You can now delete the "crashguard report.txt" file.
Could you describe how you can reproduce this crash in v5.0 rev4 (it's always the same) ? A plugin ?

No, it adds data at this end of the file. That's why it's very important to delete the file as soon as it's reported on the forum.

Oh, OK, so this is the error I first got then. Thanks. Deleted now. It opens better in WordPad I noticed too even though it is a TXT file.
