ASUS F3Sa
Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 (2.20GHz, 4MB L2, 800MHz FSB)
HD 250GB
RAM 2048MB
Display Lcd 15,4" Wide
Video ATI Radeon HD2600 512MB dedicated
What do y'all think?
How will this work with VDJ on VIDEO MIXING with Behringer BCD-2000 & external Vinyl controls.
As far as I know this should be the best, so far, video card that u can get for a laptop under 17".
DO Y'ALL THINK THIS WILL WORK FLAWLESSLY FOR VIDEO MIXING??
Any comments are welcome.
Thanx

that sounds a good laptop
but the beringer 2000 has known soundcard issues which will make timecodes not work perfectly :(
maybe you want to get another card when u get your laptop

What about BCD-3000, then? Has Behringer fixed that in 3000?
And also does anybody (that reads this) already using a laptop with ATI Radeon HD2600 graphic card? Any issues, recommendations?

Well I had Serato before I got Behringer (and VDJ), so I don't really need a sound card, cuz I can use Serato interface.
I am using BCD-2000 because of midi mixer controls & fact that I can attach turntables directly to it.
Midi controls are needed when I mix video so I can transform picture along with a sound mixing at the same time, etc.
And I don't know any other controller except Hercules that u can connect turntables directly to it.
I actually have my eye on Xponent, but unfortunately it doesn't have phono/line inputs for my tables:(
And I am not sure how it wheels responds on scratching to it in conjunction with VDJ.
