For those who use Xone Mixed In Key, quick question. I just analyzed a batch of songs in which I choose the rename option...artist name-song title-key. That used to work fine in pre v5 versions and transfer over to my VDJ browser perfect. The key would be after the song name. For example first column, Artist Name, Second column Song name-2A.
That information is still in the VDJ database but under filename which apparently doesn't transfer any longer to VDJ Browser. Instead the song name transfers to the browser and the key doesn't. I know I can probably change the way I do it moving forward in VDJ because of the new Key column option but that would mean going back to 1000's of songs and changing them. I don't want to do that and the system I had in place worked fine since I always sort by BPM anyway.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to rename in Mixed in Key in a convenient way to get it to display on the VDJ browser?

I havn't got vdj in front of me right now, but I'm sure there's an option somewhere in the "browser" tab of the config menu. Something like "take title from filename only" maybe?

Thanks for the try Andy..didn't work though. There are enable/disable ID3 Tags in the browser menu but I disabled and it still didn't recognize by file name. I didn't see the options you mentioned. Any help appreciated, it sounds like you know what I mean. v5R4 by the way.
