The above site has a program that goes in a deletes all the extra language files in leopard and tiger. So you can reclaim all the space that leopard took over, on my macbook it cleaned out 1.2gigs of
language files that I would never need such as Russian. This is a great tool if you are looking to take back an extra gig or even 2 in some cases.

caution this tool whilst being extremtly useful , may cause serious damage to your mac if not used correctly

use only if you have experience in mac

Please aslo note the developer

has stated support for 10.2 -10.4 only at this time , use at your own risk

You mean you can't customize your install and choose not to install all the various language supports with Leopard. You could with previous versions of Mac OS X.

yes you can customise the isntall ,

i recommend that you dissable needless language files

and the printer driver libary on install unless you need them ,

as if this is not dissabled the setup will install 3 gig of printer drivers on a just incase basis

I want to delete all languages and everything to do with garage band, can i delete languages without this program???
