Hello,
One of the reasons that I don´t use bpmstudio is the fact that virtualdj has more options (videomixing options are superb !!!).
But 1 option that is a part of bpmstudio is missing in virtualdj:
- Start virtualdj as EXCLUSIVE SHELL
- Option for different security rights for different users.
Maybe in the next virtualdj ???

If you dig through the forum, Skyfxl provided a very well detailed process of how to make this happen.
Maybe Skyfxl will chime in with the link to that post...

this only works in xp unfortunately the new vista kernl does not allow this change ,
an example of a shell is explorer in windows ,
which is the startmenu and the graphical interface of folders ect
you can using my blog , replace Explorer with VDJ
so that all that resources are not wasted aslo its harder to knick your files
you can aslo set it to just one acount using the local user keys in the registry (all explained on my blog)
so that you could have two users VDJ and internet
so that you could still use explorer
if you get stuck or are unsure feel free to msn me at : admin@skyfxlrecords.com
because making incorrect changes could be harmful

Thanks for your help.
I know it's possible via registrysettings in xp.
But whitin bmp studio you can put a mark on "exclusive shell", so it's simple for everyone.
Also the user administration from bpmstudio is cool:

What I ment is that it would be nice for the next vdj version to implement.
