Yesterday opened vdj 4.2 as normal and it shut the pc down, didn't crash, it just put the pc into shut down mode, deleted it inc registery files and installed several times but still the same. Borrowed my mates vdj 5.ver5 copy and that was the same too. Installed the lastest version on another pc and it was ok. The prog opens but closes within seconds and then shuts the PC down. Tried running it in XP mode but that shut it down quicker. 4.2 was working as normal last week, the only thing I did was delete a database file. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

You certainly have an issue with your PC and not VDJ. Is your PC used for Gig only?

yeah as above suggested must be your pc or if you are using a cracked version(not saying you are) maybe the crack has messed up vdj to do that?
