Hello, i'm very exited to buy VDJ, but i have some questions.

The sound card Focusrite Saffire Pro FIREWIRE works with VDJ - Tomecode on vinyl? Or only the Saffire LE works?
The sound card ESI Quata Fire 610 Works with Timecode too?

What is the best firewire sound card to work with VDJ?
Thanks!!!

Edancer.

Any sound card with ASIO that has sufficient input and outputs for your needs will be suitable for timecode vinyl use.

Typically this means having a minimum of 4 inputs and 4 outputs (ie 2 stereo of each), although you can have single TCV mode that will only require one input.

From what I can see the Focusrite Saffire Pro has 26 inputs and 26 outputs with ASIO drivers, so I think that will be enough ;) The ESI Quata Fire 610 has 6 inputs and 10 outputs, also with ASIO drivers - so again more than enough.

Hope this helps, but I can't comment on the performance or stability of either since I haven't used them...

Regards,

Scott
