what is the right way to start up total control? When i start my laptop and i open up cue it says inializing device and then it just freezes when i disconect the usb then cue starts working again after that i have to keep playing with the usb pluging in and out for it to work whats wrong with this thing?

Are you turning the unit on prior to booting up? My midi device is the last thing I turn on after I have already started Cue.

Are you using a PC or laptop and are you using the power suply with the NTC?
