i just updated to version 5.0.7
i'm running a gateway 1.6 ghz with 1gig of ram on windows xp.
i'm using an external harddrive with all my music. the music in the folders will not show up. a friend had me recurse, but that didn't work.
Any Help or Suggestions????

The folders won't show up where? When you open your drive in Windows? Or in Virtual DJ? Or both?
In Virtual DJ 5.0.6 or 5.0.7, click on "CONFIG" and then the browser tab. Make sure "Show Volumes" is checked. And unless you have other items on your hard drives that you do not want to end up in the database, you might want to make sure that "Search Database" is set to Add Automatically.
You should now have your "My Computer" (or whatever you named it) in your folder's section. Click the "+" sign to view your drives.
