Hi, I have the numark dm 950 usb, and I hoocked it up just like you are suposed to, but the mixer does not apear in VDj when I am trying to config it. How can I make VDJ reckognize the mixer? any ideas? It has two usb channels, but all I get is both songs played together in one channel, and not splitt.

What output mode are you using ? External mixer ? Config -> Sound Setup -> Outputs ? and Sound card(s) ?

You should actually get a preset for that model i believe , but if not you will notice two very separate , usb audio codecs.
inputs : none
outputs : external mixer
Card : 2 Cards
Deck 1 > Codec 1 outputs to Channel 1 on the mixer and Deck 2 > Codec 2 > Channel 2 on the mixer
inputs : none
outputs : external mixer
Card : 2 Cards
Deck 1 > Codec 1 outputs to Channel 1 on the mixer and Deck 2 > Codec 2 > Channel 2 on the mixer
