All turntable can be used with virtual dj, but be sure to get direct drive turntable not the belt driven n a good cart such as the ortofon digitracks. VDJ does not necessary use USB turntable.
The important thing that u must have an at least decent 4 in 4 out (mono) soundcards as its interface between the tt n VDJ. N also to make full use of timecoded, u must purchase VDJ pro legit from this site or alternatively u can get cue pro or virtual vinyl.

Why not get a nice pair of Numark TT500s they are the same to the flagship TTX just minus the digital display which you wont really need if you are using TCV.
A Virtual Vinyl package would be a great sound card , give you a set of vinyls and the full pro software needed for extended time coded use.

Like said above, any turntables work, as long as u have an ASIO. At my work we have it, (im the one who primarily uses it) and i use numark tt200s, just got them recently, and they are very nice
