i am using virtualdj trial version 5 and i cannot some of the keys in my keyboard like the combination (ALT+SPACE),(CTRL+SPACE) nothing happens when pressed.

i get similar messages; however, my issue is quite different. i cannot get vdj to play my music (later found out that it will not play any itunes purchased music). I need to know how to get music to the player and start mixing. I need the real basic instruction of how to get started. can you assist?
