Can anyone help I am receiving a message that says a "USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port." Its funny that when I plug the RMX into my HP labtop it works fine. I am installing the software when this message pops up. But when I tried two different computer it had given me the above message. Has anyone else had this issue?

make sure the rmx is plugged in to the usb port first before you boot up your lappy, if that doesn't cure it you may have to consider buying a powered usb to make your connections...
