Not sure why im having so many issues with 5.1 as if not being able to use V5 was bad enough.
Problem: CPU is TOO HIGH up and DOWN! it goes from 20's too 99 WITH no background applications? Why?
Solutions?

Whether it be on fastest or vis versa best performance IT POPPY? 5.07 DOES NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE!

You should post your computer specs and list the hardware that you are using to generate some ideas for solutions.
If you are using ASIO, be sure that the "ultra latency" box is checked in config>sound setup. I had terribly choppy sound with this unchecked in testing. Another common cause AFIK, is using advanced master tempo on a computer that can't handle it (like mine, lol). Try it on "fast" setting. One other thing is to try setting latency to "auto" and unticking safe mode and overclock in performace tab. These are just some generic things to try pending more information about your configuration ;)
