What's up everyone ?
Being new to MAC i recently found out that MAC will not read H/D's formatted in NTFS without third party apps such as ntfs for mac. I installed ntfs for mac and have CUE working somewhat stable but extremely slow to load. In a search i did i found what appears to be a message stating that ntfs for mac will cause files to load slow and can even lead to skips.
Just looking for confirmation on this and if such is the case i am wondering as to what the draw backs of reformatting to fat 32 are ?
Overall i want to be able to use my hard drive on both mac and windows based PC's so that i can continue using both my mac and windows laptops without any set backs.
I remember reading somewhere that fat 32 drives could only hold up to 32 GB of info. I am sure there is more to it just not sure how they work and don't want to make a change i might regret.
Any info will be appreciated.
Thanks, Alex

But overall, i use that format it werk for me;)
N i think user who use the ntfs with 3rd part app also have success n no problem.
Regards.

You can read NTFS with V5+ of Virtual DJ or Cue , i would advise you to set your max load setting to always.
On config > options.
Best Regards

I also believe changing in the codecs for mp3 from the default decoder to quicktime audio decoder helps;)
