My browser used to scroll up and down one page at a time when I use the PAGE UP nad PAGE DOWN shortcuts, but I seemed to have lost that shortcut, and cannot find the command. Anyone knows what it is?

You can program two shortcuts in the shortcut option in precisely the browser section for the two pge UP and Down buttons to scroll up and down inside virtual DJ browser section.

I know that. The question is which command specifically? I could not find any obvious command that sounds like "Scroll down 1 page"...

If you assign page up & down to ANY keyboard shortcut, the scroll up & down won't work anymore,
as the software will give it a priority over browser. Check your shortcut list and remove any page up/down
assignments (i think they are set to control the crossfader by default), should do the trick :)
There is however browser_updown function, but works as a "select multiple" and only by one track. (+/- 1).
