On the recommendations of a few posts here I purchased Audio 8 DJ Soundcard. Output is really good but the timecode signal is so poor it's unusable in a timecoding mode. I'm using the VDJ TCCD's and haven't had a problem with it in the Hercules Contollers; do I need to use different TCCD's for this soundcard?

I have audio8 and it works perfect with vdj with the same timecode cds.
Maybe something is wrong with your configuration.
Have you done auto config to get 100% quality?

Sonath are you using conventional RCA's to connect your CD Players to your Audio 8 DJ or are using the multicore cables?

I use conventional RCA's, I use numark cue (it's the same wiith vdj) and I don't have any problem.
I don't know why you don't get 100% quality.
Try to move the gain sliders to timecode config.

Took a minute but I figured it out.
In the Time Coded Vinyl configuration I had to check the invert stereo box and that seemed to do the trick.
