Hi Groovindj,

Sorry -was out for some days-
Ok- I use the loop i out on the cdj2000 (not on the software)
I have found a work around for the moment, but it does take away some focus time.
Work around - It works fine if I do a 32 beat loop and then cut to 8 loop using the call button.
If I loop 4 or 8 beats - it strays, but when I use the call button and increase looping to 32 beats, the problem disappears- Then I cut back from 32 beats to 8 beats & voila - it works for that song :)
weird thing though.

Anyways- Thanks for your help. I guess I will have to work on the mapping and keep trying.
 
Does slip mode work while in midi for VDJ on the CDJ-900?
 
No, it is a hardware level feature only available when using CD or USB devices.
 
Hi, I'm using virtual dj le with pro features trial with a ddj ergo.

i accidentally deleted the script for the jog wheel. what do i type to get the jog wheel to stop the track when i touch the top of it then continue playing when i let go? pitch bend still works if i touch the side, its just the touch that does nothing!

If you are in the PRO Trial mode of the LE version - go to the Config -> Mappers tab and at the bottom left you will find 3 buttons. The first one from the left is to "Revert the mapper to factory settings". You can press that to recover the original mappings.
 
Hey guys,
I have a club gig coming up this Saturday and I need help with pioneers. The club itself has 2 pioneer cdj's for the dj to use but I am only familiar with my denon controller. I have a hp pavillion bought new this year. Will the cdj just plug and play when I connect it to my laptop and I just insert the proper vdj CD. Please help, thanks.

Hi Guys

Last week I got the Pioneer DDJ T1 - It works great with Traktor, but I love Virtual Dj. I downloaded the mapper for ddj t1, but it does not show in the mappers list of virtual dj.
Anyone here can tell me how to get it working.
Really need help here.
I have the latest Macbook pro - Lion - 750GB- VDJ 7.05-latest-
I am using the Xponent, which is working great- the CDJ2000 is working great- Having this problem with the DDJ t1.

Anyone out here who can help with the pioneer ddj T1 setup.
I downloaded the mapper, but it says

MAC USERS: The Device name should be "Pioneer DDJ-T1 MIDI" in your MAc MIDI Setup. IF that don't work try it in CAPS. PIONEER DDJ-T1 MIDI.

How and where do I change this- I tried changing the mapper files and script lines- It does not work.
Need help urgent

Hey

I have a ddj ergo and when holding the right hand jog wheel to pause the track on deck 2 there is no sound when i reverse the track using the jog wheel, any idea why this is? it works for deck 4 when i use 4 decks so its obviously not a problem with the wheel itself.

PS I don't want to have to reset mappings to default because Ive changed quite a lot them so only want to use that as a last resort!

does virtual dj pro 7 have a plug and play setup for the ddj s1... im looking at getting either the numark ns6 or the s1 ....any help would be appreciated thanks...jon

Hi, the mapper for the ddj t1 doesn't work well, only the volume faders work, and video cross fader, and the jog wheels feel flimsy, please make it work, I don't want to be forced to use traktor, I tried it on 2 pc's, n it just doesn't work... Plz help...
