VirtualDJ - *** NEW DN-HC4500 SOFTWARE AVAILABLE SYS 1006 *** (Aug 2009)

There is a new firmware version (1006) for the Denon HC4500. I tested it with the trail version of VDJ 6.01 and other DJ Software. It seems to be that VDJ not recognize the HC4500 in the right way. Hopefully this issue will be solved soon. Other software works oke.

Once you DL...Please unzip downloaded file, and then read the PDF instructions that comes with the DL file.

Improvements:

Latest Plug In’s: (v1006) as of August 1, 2009

• Improved MIDI for MAC OS X10.5.7
• Improved USB Audio clock synchronization between HC and computer

• Added New Preset, Item #10> “Touch Init. ” (Jog Wheel Initialize )
If your Jog Wheels do not respond properly you can now reset them with this new preset

• Added ‘ Identify Request ’ by MIDI Command (for software developers)

Note: Your presets will be reset back to factory settings. You have to change them back to your original values after the firmware upgrade, especially for, Jog Trans, MIDI channels…etc
