Certainly, It Is possible to Export and Import Mappers with Virtual DJ v6!
1. Go to document folder and locate the folder named Virtual DJ
2. Double click on that folder; look for a folder called mapping
3. Double click on that second folder. right Click on the particular mapper
4. Copy and paste to which ever folder you wish to export the file
5. To Import a mapper. Copy the new mapper where It Is located and follow step 1 to 4 above in reverse!

No, VirtualDJ v6 uses a new scripting language that does not exist in v5.
Also, v5 general MIDI mappings are not compatible with v6
