are there any apps to extract CD+Graphics(karaoke) on a Mac?

I assume you mean ripping DVD or SVCD karaoke-discs to video-files? Try Handbrake, it's great and doesn't cost a penny :)

Thank you for the response. So if i use handbrake It will convert the CD+G has a video file but not as a zip file of the audio + graphics?

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't realize there is actually a disc formal called CD+G, so Handbrake probably won't handle that.
Maybe this software called kJams would be more suitable.
