Hello
I am (b) New (/b) to this forum and Very New to all the digital mixers/controllers...

Using the following equipment:

Laptop is a Dell XPS M1330
2.3Ghz CPU Duo Core, 4gb Ram, 256Mb Gfx, 320gb Hdd with (200gb free space)
running Windows Vista (32bit)

I have the Ion IcuE Controller that is USB, I also have the DJIO box that is USB
I have the Software that came with the Ion IcuE controller by Numark (LE)
the controller works just fine with the LE software, but I would like to use
VDJ (4.2) with the Ion Icue Controller

Can anyone on here give me some pointers, as I Really don't know what i am doing as far as programming
mapping controllers etc etc...
this is all kinda new to me and have no idea really, and by that statement, i mean, I am not Dumb by any
means, as i can format hdd's and install almost any O/S and set up networks for PC's etc...

I really wish some could walk me thru this or send me a bunch of screen shoots on the configurations
for VDJ of someone who has this set up all ready, if anyone can help pleasEEE, that would be FAB...

tnx so much
Ez. WA

Please upgrade to the latest v6 version that has full support for the iCue with working LED's. Earlier versions of VirtualDJ Pro do not support the iCue. You can download the v6.0.6 trial from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/trial.html

If you have purchased VirtualDJ Pro, you can upgrade for free by registering your serial number on http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then going to the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased the software, then please support it and its future development by purchasing: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - You can upgrade from the iCue version at a discount by entering your CueLE serial number in the box provided on the purchase page (Assuming that the iCue is not second hand and/or the discount has not already been used.)

VDJ v6 will automatically detect and use the controller providing it is plugged in before you start VDJ.

Or you can go to CONFIG -> Mappers, click on the button to the right of the drop-down and choose 'Rescan for new devices'.
