I updated my computer. put in a quad core, 8 gigs of ram, 2x500 gig hds on a raid installed windows 7 64 bit, I run virtual vinyl and of corse the whole i/o box doesn't work because numark is just tryng to get everyone to buy the ns7. Well the version of virtual dj it comes with still works with my serato box so I use it and it works great EXCEPT any video files that are .vob won't read if the codec for .vob is set to video decoder. Then when i set it to windows media player decoder it works but theres no audio. I have klite codec pack installed as well as shark007's win7 codec pack. Can anyone shed some light on this? Yes these files did work fine prior to my computer update. Any other format still works fine its just the .vob thats giving me shit. I wonder if i have to install quick time.

I think you may have answered your own question..
I didnt install ANY codecs on my rackmount computer.. but I did install quicktime..
VOB works on mine..
