Hi, so i got maya44 long time ago and it worked for couple weeks and then i turned it on and everything, and i hit play on my cdj's and in virtual DJ the track deosn't move at all nor does the vinal record image thing. I tried replugging, restarting, reinstalling, and everything and i couldn't find out hat the problem was. So a year later right now i decided to try it again might work...but it didn't. I'm just wondering if anyone is having this issue or had. Please help

Maya 44 USB is a good sound card but there is an issue of stability when you plug your Maya in to a different USB port. Install Maya drivers again, and this time, mark the USB port and use always the same one.

okl, there is a setting in the sound drivers that you need to adjust. I also use maya 44 in windows 7 64b. I had to play with the settings you might have to down load the aiso all for1 driver. google it . I will check back. Tell me what windows , version, and computer and processor. we will take it from there since each windows sets up different.

Not the same issue as you but I have a Maya44 USB that will not work with the latest Win7 64 bit drivers (2.8.40). It however works perfectly with the previous one (2.8.17).

I downloaded the latest drives from Esi-audio.com but on Virtual DJ 7 the time codes does not wok can you please help me with this issue or give me some information about what I can do to fix this issue or steps in what to do to make the time code work.

What's up everyone, I am just getting started and I have 2 issues that I need help with.
First: My Virtual DJ software keeps telling me that there is an error with my MAYA 44 sound card. I have reinstalled it in every usb port and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
Second: Can someone help me out on how to hook up my sound card to my mixer and tables?

The Maya44 USB must always be plugged into the SAME USB port otherwise it will not work.
Choose a USB port on your computer and then re-install the Maya44 drivers.
Once you have done this, it should work (Go into VirtualDJ and re-apply your sound settings.)
After that, always make sure you connect it to that same port.
NOTE: The full VirtualDJ Professional is required to use multi-channel sound cards such as the Maya44 USB and/or timecode: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
