VirtualDJ - External mixer setup probs

Hi,

I have the following setup:

laptop windows 7 64bit
audio8dj
2 x denon sc2000
djm800 mixer

I just upgraded to this gear, after coming from the hercules mk2 controller, but I\'m having probs setting things up. To be more specific, I don\'t get any sound to my mixer. Now here\'s what I\'ve done so far:

Audio8dj is connected via usb to laptop with necessary drivers installed, the 8 outputs (4 channels x 2 connectors) are connected via rca to the cd/line in of the 4 channels of mixer. All connectors are in the right place, checked that about 5 times now lol. In VDJ 7 advanced sound config, I have setup the following

as you can see, I have routed the necessary channels. The input comes from the rec out of my mixer, which I need for broadcasting with VDJ.

Now if I play a tune on any of my 4 channels, I see the led light flash up on my audio8dj, so I can verify sound is coming that far. But nothing is coming to my mixer... I have tried other cables, changed connectors, routings in VDJ, but still nothing. Now as you can see there is no master out routed, as the master out will be coming out of the master out of my external mixer, which is connected to amplifier and speakers.

Is there something I'm missing?? Any words of wisdom might be helpful.
