hey everyone
i apologise if this has already been brought up but i couldnt find a similar topic in the search. my hercules rmx and virtual dj software was working perfectly for the two weeks ive had it until now. now when i am playing i get random moments where the music stutters. it will only last for a beat, its as though the computer freezes for a second and then works again, like when a computer is loading while you have music playing. i thought it was my computer, but i used other software and it doesn't happen. can anyone explain whats happening? is it worth uninstalling the software and re-installing it? can you even uninstall/install again considering ive already registered my software?
i dont know if that was explained clearly enough, please let me know if it wasn't.
thankyou

Skipping and stuttering is usually caused by performance issues with your computer and/or incorrect configuration in VirtualDJ.
Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4094/Common_performance_issues_and_solutions.html for a list of common causes and their solutions.
Please also ensure that you have the latest DJ Console drivers and firmware installed.
