Hi all, let me start with my setup first. I have a PC using Windows 7 and Mixtrack Pro using Virtual DJ Pro.
Now the problem is that no sound comes out of my headphones when connected to the headphone jack.
Under Sound Setup, I have:
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones
Soundcard: Numark
I believe the problem started after I downloaded and installed Virtual DJ Home Edition. Now I have uninstalled it but my headphones are still not working.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jose

inputs: none
outputs: headphones (master: 1st card; headphone: 2nd card)
soundcard: 2cards+usb.thing picture
1st dropdown: MixtrackPro
2nd dropdown: name of your computer's regular sound card.
this way you use your computer/laptop audio out as the headphone monitor. yes, cue, cue_mix and cue_gain work
in perfect conjuction with what you mix. the headphone out on this mixer can not be 'mapped' as
a 3rd independent audio out, so don't use it.

Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MixTrack%20Pro.html
Please note that if you are trying to output the master sound through your computer's built-in speakers and pre-listen with your headphones on the MixTrack Pro, this is not possible in VirtualDJ LE. It is limited software and does not support outputting sound directly through your computer's own built-in sound card with headphone pre-listening. It is designed to work with the sound card in the console only. For more flexible sound configuration options and much, much more, you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Pro at a considerable discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Alternatively, connect a suitable cable (2x RCA to 3.5" headphone jack) from the master output of the console to the line input of your computer. The sound will then come out through the computer's speakers (If not, go to your sound card's mixer/control panel and ensure that the line input is not muted and the volume is set to an appropriate level.)
