i receintly had to upgrade my laptop. i had a 2009 sony vaio and used VDJ 7 and never had any problems what so ever outta it. but now i bought a new vaio yesterday and when i tried playing my music videos in VDJ they play but unlike my old laptop where the videos played smooth as could be, the new vaio when they play the video lags really bad. ive tried going through the settings and still cant get it to run properly. any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Please excuse my english but.. I've got the same problem! I went from an emachines laptop running on intel celeron 900 (cheapest processor in any laptop) 2 gb of memory and a basic video card upgraded to a new sony vaio i5 quadcore, 8 gigs of ram and intel hd graphics 3000, and GOING CRAZY Over a month trying to figure this out. My emachines was slow loadig videos, but at least videos ran flaw-less, my sony vaio stutters while playing them, can someone please help?
