Hi,
I recently purchased a Numark DJIO soundcard to use with my all-in-one controller on my Macbook Pro (version 10.6.8). However, the sound card did not work, and it seems that I will have to spend a fair amount more cash on buying a better one that will work.
So i figured it would make more sense to just buy a Hercules DJC Mk4 which is better than what I currently use and it comes with a built in soundcard to allow for pre listeining cues.
But I think before I make this purchase, I should just confirm that this is the case and that everything will work perfectly with my mac. I really do not want to be left out of pocket again!
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Seth

I did not know eachLE product, but you should be able to use the DJIO together with your controller.
Have you installed the latest driver from Numark for it?
http://www.numark.com/djio
Normaly then you should be able to adjust the following.
Input None
Output - Headphone
Soundcard - 4Out ---> beside select Numark DJIO

I spent a very large portion of yesterday in a live chat session with VDJ, and even after they remotely accessed my computer, they could not get DJIO to work.
There was sound coming from my speakers, but at a very very low volume as well as the sound being distorted.....
