Hi all,
The pfl buttons on the controller will toggle between decks 1 and 2. I can use the tab key on the laptop keyboard to toggle and select decks 3 or 4. However... The dj2go still only contols decks 1 or 2.
There is a mapping code in the newest virtual DJ magazine that shows how to re-map the pfl buttons. However... It shows a strange character to use that I have never seen. I'm in the U.S.
So... Does anyone know what code to use that will make the pfl buttons toggle between 4 decks?
I want my 2 deck controller to be re-mapped to control 4 decks.
Here is the code suggested. There is a backwards s symbol in the magazine where all the question marks are in the code below? Do I code using question marks? Or.. Do I replace the question srks with something else?
select ? device_side ‘left’ ? deck 1 leftdeck ? on
& deck 3 leftdeck & deck 3 select : on & deck 1 leftdeck & deck 1 select : deck 2 rightdeck ? on & deck 4 rightdeck & deck 4 select : on & deck 2 rightdeck & deck 2 select : select

I got it mapped. It works great.

The only problem with this code, is that, when used with a 2 deck skin, pressing the left plf button, makes both the left and right plf lights on the the skin and controller stay lit. I have to click the left plf button on the screen with the mouse to select the left player.
