hi, i brought a Hercules RMX as b-grade stock, i recived it yesterday and it is brill, but i have noticed one problem with the crossfader, when i put the crosssfader in the middle on the controller, virtual dj shows it as 75% (half way to deck b), and to get the crossfader in the middle on vdj the crossfader on the rmx has to be at 25% (half way past deck A), i have tried it on 2 pc and it does the same, do you think i should send it back for a replacement or is this normal with rmx??

Confirm it outside of VDJ using the following procedure:

If indeed it is the case ( I think it will ) , then a replacement would be in order.

mines like that i rang up technical support n ive ordered a replacement crossfader gotta solder it myself
