Basically the best tip is to keep doing what you are doing and push forward. Practice makes experience!
Listened to some of your youtube songs, You do make some sick beats with some nice variations. As comment you might wanna focus on more melodic variation and the overall build of the songs aren't that logical.
And if melody isn't your thing, you can always move to a genre where that is less important, like Drum 'n Bass.
