Hercules Air is not currently supported by VirtualDJ, but there is a user-made mapper available: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/8336/Hercules_Mapper_Pack.html
However, this is only available to registered licensed users who have purchased the full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
