I see there is a skin that allows resizing of browser.
Is there a 2 deck skin that allows for resizing of "time elapsed / remaining"?

Not automatically but this can be done by editing the XML.

Which skin and resolution are you using at present?

Mac 2 deck - 1280x800 -- visual acuity very good, but the font size is tough for those of us who are wearing progressive lenses in their eyeglass :)
