Just ordered new Laptop to replace my old one. When it arrives, one of the obvious tasks will be to transfer all my tunes over to it.
I currently have a computer that I don't DJ with, but I copy all my material over it each week (over network), to serve as simply a backup, in case something happens to my "gig" machine.
When copying files, the "Comment" field never transfers over ... ever. I've never cared because it's the backup machine; but when I attempt to transfer my files to the new "gig" machine, I'll absolutely need the Comment field data to come over.
Anyone else experienced this? And how can I transfer the files, making sure that "Comments" transfer as well?
