I have read a few of the topics where people were having issues with being able to cue through their controllers, but I checked my settings and it shows the second sound card being set to the SPIN.....however, it still is not coming through for some reason. What am I missing?

If you have configured it as two sound cards (Laptop as first card and Spin as the second) then this will not work because it will result in the headphone output going out through channels 1&2 (Master) of the Spin instead of 3&4 (Headphones.)
To be able to pre-listen, you must use the 4-out multi-channel DJ sound card that's built into the Vestax Spin - See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Spin.html

You will also need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to be able to use the Vestax Spin and/or any other MIDI controllers. If you have already purchased, then please register your Pro serial number to your account and download the latest version from the Download Center.
