Weird. Pro 7.4 user here.
.mp4 is my format of choice for all vid files.
A vid file being played by itself in either deck, beautiful, works great.
A file "linked" to an audio track, beautiful, works great.
ANY vid file run through Clipbank, works, but playback is 'jerky'.
Anyone have a clue why this would be happening?

I've found hd wmv works best for me, it will show the image in one of the window squares with out problem usually and plays well every time.
Try converting one of your clips to this format and check results.
AVI is another format you can try but will give you a much bigger file size.
