i just played a track and it sounds bad. like a eco and muffeled. what is wrong. vdj7 works fine.

Check your options.
Could be you need to change wasapisharedmode. Ditto for ultralatency or overclock.

I had a problem after I down loaded the Milkdrop and windows update, the music sounded distorted. I changed the wasapisharemode and it sounds great again. Keep up the great work.

I also had problem with Hercules DJ trim
Channel 1+2 would produce just bass
Channel 3+4 would produce just treble
It was corrected with Firmware update in Hercules

Sorry, I thought it was corrected. Channel 1+2 still doesn't produce treble. 3+4 is full range.
