Could you try describing your issue?
I can't make anything out from those videos.

Deleting the favorite folder vdj closes
Deleting a song from the browser vdj closes
After 5 times that the vdj closes the favorite folder is still there...
I never had something like that on my dell and win 7.

Before you are deleting the folder or the track from VDJ..........did you actually delete the folder or track from your computer using your OS?
In other words, does that folder location still exist outside of VDJ? Does the track still exist on your hard drive outside of VDJ?
Maybe if you are deleting the folder/track first (outside of VDJ) then trying to remove it from VDJ, that is causing the problem.

i don't know where they are stored on the mac but on PC they are under /documents/virtualdj/folders/
look for files with this extension ".vdjfolder" you should have one for each of your favorites, virtual folders, and filter folders
hope this helps for now
