I looked for modify profile button but cant find it. I need to cancel my pro membership.....can you get this done for me please?

are you talking about a monthly membership or did you buy the full pro / Infinity license?
 
The monthly membership should be able to be cancelled by sending in a support ticket. (I don't think that those teams look at these forums that much.)

If it's a Pro Infinity license, I don't think you can cancel that and get your money back.
 
Your subscription is currently in the cancelled state.

I'm trying to cancel my monthly premium membership but can't seem to find any tab allowing me to do so on my account page....can anyone help me out ?

Your subscription has ended since March 15 2016, at least that's what we see under your mixmaster334 Login Account. Please contact Support and provide further details

You only pay for that once, so there is no subscription to cancel
