Topic: Why aren't the keycues and edited tag info saved on USB?

I am working on two different computers to set my keycues and edit my tags. When I copy the files from one computer and open it on the other, the information doesn't transfer. What do I need to do to be able to this? I need a backup just in case. I am using V8.2 VDJ Pro Infinity.

Did you use VirtualDJ to copy the files?
