Hey,

I can't find this issue anywhere else in the forums recently:

This issue has arisen over the last couple of weeks..

When I adjust tracks using the jog wheel or adjusting the pitch slider, I get very noticeable pitch shifting. This is when master tempo/keylock is on.

I thought maybe it is a problem with ASIO drivers (even though I have not had an issue until recently) but I have tried 2 different controllers switching between ASIO and WASAPI and the problem happens regardless.

Is this a bug? Or is it a new setting I'm not aware of?

N.B. I'm not using the Early Access version

I take it I'm the only one with this issue?

I think you may be right, that something has changed

When I try doing some aggressive pitch changing while keylocked on the current public build 3798 using a 440hz tone I get this

But when I try doing the same with old public build 3696 using the same 440hz tone I get this

Both are on the same laptop with internal soundcard and with pitchQuality=2
Windows 7 32-bit

Well done for testing and finding that! Confirmed here with a 1kHz tone and pitchquality 2 & 3 (but OK on 0 or 1).

Best to wait and see. It's the weekend, so give it a few days then bump as necessary. :-)

I tested the last few public builds:
b3734: No issue
b3752: No issue
b3780: Has the issue
b3798: Has the issue

So for public builds it looks like it was introduced with b3780

I don't have the situation.Maybe it's a BUG.

Yeah i tried dropping the pitch quality down to 0/1 and it doesn't cause the problem. That's what I'm using at the moment as a workaround, but obviously there is a noticeable drop in quality.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the problem though!

It matches with the introduction of pitchquality=3 with build 3765. We are going to test more.
