Do you mean in the directory list on the left under "Lists and advice"?
If so you may have just accidentally hidden it
Try right-clicking "Lists and advice" and see if you can select to show it again

If still not there (after doing what Klaus has suggested), then you may have moved it to a different root folder. In this case, click on the Browser Options button (small radio button above the A-/A+ buttons) and choose "Reset Root Folders"
