It should do, yes. I have run VDJ on much less powerful computers.
Dell don't have a very good rep with DJs though. If you've been through it and cleaned out any junk, checked with a latency checker and so on, then you should be OK.

I run a Dell i3 and never had any issues. So should be fine.
