You also need pflOnSelect to Yes
And one other note: For auto-Headphones/Pfl automation to work (except from the 2 settings you need to have enabled), the status of SELECT and PFL need to match. If for example you manually enabled both PFL buttons, then the automation will start working again if you manually match the status of Select and Pfl.

I have this set up on my VCI-400 with...
PFL on Select = Always
Autoheadphones = Always
It works as it should...
Except, every now and then something glitches and it stops working. (PFL still works fine manually)
I try toggling the settings, reloading the mapping, everything I can think of that's possible without restarting the software (It happens on a gig, so reastarting isn't ideal)
Nothing fixes it short of a restart... and even then it seems to require a full reboot to clean out the error.
Any idea what might be causing that?

Do The autoHeadphone work on DDj-SZ-2 I have autoheadphone to ( Onload ) & PFL to ( Yes ) the songs are loading but the cue/headphone is not working.

No, the leds of the PFL buttons on DDJ-SZ2 cannot be controlled by MIDI (VirtualDJ) and the Headphones routing is done by Hardware, so autoheadphones wont work
