underlaying main window (the one that can't toplevel over other vdj windows) takes some actions in prioriority to other windows in toplevel
i.e. drag/drop:
dropzone and dropzone won't work correctly in a window when VDJ main window is underlaying it
hidden drop zone from VDJ main window will take the action over other in the top window
this is an example, hidden things may also show tooltip

well in fact there is more
drop zone not working in any area part of a floating windows when the window align with main window
only parts top right top left bottom left bottom right are active
try to explain better:
it looks like main window is in the center of a cross where no drop is allow
not limiting to its own rectangle
yes - no drop allowed - yes
no - main window - no
