so im new to this controller i have followed all the steps i have a pro licence but yet the virtual dj screen will not push to the prime 4 touch screen i am in need of help with this if anyone can help me i would be very greatful

Not sure what you meant by "pushing the screens", but perhaps you didnt sent Prime in "computer mode" then?

i have had it set up where the screen is on the prime 4 2 days ago and now it wont show on the prime 4 ive uninstalled and re installed everything including vdj

Try delete the prime 4 skin file in /documents/virtualdj/skins/ and then start VirtualDJ.
So that it auto fetches/updates the skin..
Works then?

For Denon screens on Windows, you may need to install

I had to plug mine back into the original USB port that it was plugged in to for the first time. For some reason if I plug it into any other USB port it will not push the screen to the Prime 4.
